Leviticus 13 - 15

The people had no need to send the spies.
They had G-d’s moving finger for a guide,
They had G-d’s pledge, and G-d had never lied.
They said, "Let’s check it out with our own eyes,
Let’s first evaluate and analyze."
G-d said, "If you must." Moshe then tried
To choose twelve men in whom he could confide,
Leaders, reputed to be good and wise.
So twelve went forth. But ten could only see
Obstacle rising behind obstacle,
Bars that looked impossible to bend.
They sought assurance from causality,
And on those terms it was impossible.
The universe just answers what we send.
